The following bugs were fixed in time for today's branch nightly:

• Bug 269084 - Allow manual editing/additions to "Edit Site Permissions" (exceptions list) cookie allow/deny list
• Bug 316888 - Camino builds failing in PreferenceManager.mm, Xcode 2.2 and SDK >= 10.3.9

Additionally, the following checkin was made which does not have a branch number:

• [adblocking] Block images matching .2mdn.net
• Tidy up the UI in the Cookies and Exceptions sheets to use action buttons, and save table and window state.
