The following bugs were fixed in time for today's branch nightly:

• Bug 307753 - Downloads that get moved still enable "reveal in finder" and "open", implement file system notifications
• Bug 310606 - [adblocking] Navigational images are blocked within my banking website (?click rule)
  
• Bug 313961 - iframes appear in the Go menu.
• Bug 315667 - Camino is slow to quit with a large history

In addition, the following checkins were made which do not have bug numbers:

• Replace a hardcoded char code constant with a value from the Cocoa headers.
• [NSArray lastObject] is already defined; no need for our own version.
