The following bug fixes were made in time for today's nightly branch release:

• Bug 181649 - Allow users to turn off Favicons in the bookmarks toolbar (at least by hidden pref). The fix for this bug make sure site icons are not loaded if browser.chrome.favicons is set to "false".
  
• Bug 311683 - Duelling windows (this broke from the checkin of bug 297343)
